Raw reset notes
| Observation | NoseFrida | Grownsy |
|---|---|---|
| Cleaning reset time | About 60-90 seconds | About 120-180 seconds |
| Parts friction | Three-part structure, quick to handle | More parts plus chamber and device-body cautions |
| Sound | Silent, no motor | SP-1 checked at about 46 dB with a phone meter |
| Main parent friction | Mouth-suction hesitation and disposable filters | Cleaning caution, charging, vibration, and limited power on hard dried mucus |
What surprised us
NoseFrida's strongest advantage was not just silence. It was control: the parent can adjust suction instantly and strongly. Grownsy's strongest advantage was emotional convenience: pressing a button is easier to start than mouth suction, and the light/music features may help distract a resistant baby.
What needs a follow-up
We still need a cleaner repeated timing protocol and a higher-setting sound check for Grownsy. The first SP-1 note is useful, but it does not describe the highest suction mode.
